Job Overview

Objective:

The Oncology Program Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction for patient support initiatives within the oncology sector. This position acts as a primary liaison, focusing on improving service delivery through collaborative strategies that benefit both the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key communication point.
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, external vendors, and internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Serve as the internal expert on client needs, facilitating communication with program leadership to drive success.
  • Conduct account and reporting analyses, proactively suggesting improvements to client support and data delivery.
  • Collaborate with program managers on content creation, providing feedback and participating in formal presentations to ensure high-quality quarterly business reviews.

  • Communicate project status and execute tactical plans effectively to clients, clarifying roles and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (PharmD or MSN) preferred.
