Job Summary

Renviva Management Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Renal Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition education, counseling, and interventions to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial nutrition assessments on newly admitted ESRD patients and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine nutrition needs and diet prescriptions for CKD and ESRD patients.
  • Monitor patient progress, including monthly review of blood chemistries, fluid status, and nutritional status, with interventions as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and families on nutrition needs, meal planning, and community resources.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary facility patient team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
  • Dietitian State licensure (LD).
  • One year of experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a desk-based role with light physical work, including patient physical assessments. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
