  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture their needs and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and sustain architectural documentation (e.g., models, diagrams, documentation) to ensure alignment with both business and IT strategies.
  • Guarantee the integration of Oracle HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Identify and address challenges and risks associated with Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Remain updated with Oracle HCM Cloud advancements, enhancements, and industry best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of Oracle HCM solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, particularly in Core HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
