Nurse Specialist for Temple University Hospital

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN-POOL NURSE to join our team at Temple University Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to standards of practice and departmental policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (required)
- A valid Pennsylvania registered nurse license (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty (preferred)
