Job Opportunity at Orange Tree Staffing

Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team in the US Virgin Islands. As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing education-based therapy services.

About the Role:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varying exceptionalities in an education-based setting.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and write IEP reports to ensure students receive the support they need.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to establish measurable goals and objectives for each student.
  • Interpret evaluative data to inform therapy decisions and ensure student progress.
  • Document daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or ability to obtain.
  • Current Licensure by any state Department of Health in Speech-Language Pathology or ability to obtain.
  • Thorough knowledge of therapy best practices and experience working with children with various exceptionalities.
