- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic medical records.
- Current unencumbered RN license in New York State.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- 6 months of previous RN experience.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$43.50 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
