Job Title: Clinician

Job Summary:

The Clinician is a vital member of our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP), responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services to our program participants and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services in compliance with Florida Medicaid manual, managed care standards, and YAP standards, as well as all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services to program participants and their families.
  • Accurately document services and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend weekly group and individual supervision, and communicate participant progress to supervisors, team members, and the referring authority.
  • Deliver services in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.
  • Registered Mental Health Counselor (supervision provided).
  • At least two years of experience providing services to persons with behavioral health disorders.
  • Bi-Lingual/Spanish is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
