Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive results and motivate teams
  • Result-oriented and detail-focused to ensure accuracy and quality

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to extreme heat, noise, and outdoor work environments
  • Physical demands include lifting and climbing stairs
  • Must wear personal protective equipment to ensure safety
