The firm’s mission is to provide organizations with the market and management knowledge needed to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

This position will support this mission by serving as an expert advisor and consultant to clients in strategy development, performance management, financial analysis, and operations management.

The incumbent will need to have high-level competency in creating budgets, service unit costing, and service line pricing and analysis.

As a project manager, the incumbent will oversee internal and client project teams, manage project workplans, and ensure efficient, high-quality work.

The incumbent must be able to timely and professionally communicate project status, problem-solve with internal teams, and manage project relationships to facilitate successful project engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client-facing deliverables for each client project.
  • Serve as primary author of recommendations, incorporating analysis and input from subject matter experts and primary and secondary market research.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and writing.
  • Prepare articles and other written materials for OPEN MINDS publications.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at OPEN MINDS and client educational and training events.
  • Track own billable hours across multiple projects and manage the billable hours of total projects.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of healthcare knowledge and experience working with provider organizations.
  • Ability to understand business challenges, assess client situations, develop strategies and solutions, draft reports, and present recommendations.
  • Experience creating budgets, calculating service unit costing, and conducting service line pricing and analyses.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, expert Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing the status of client projects.

Salary: $100K+ depending on experience
