Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Early Learning Academies. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a educational setting.
  • 30 hours of merit training in early childhood education.
  • CDA, 20 ECE hours, or Associate's degree or higher.
  • Pediatric CPR certification.
  • Ability to clear a comprehensive state and federal criminal background check.
