Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Execution: Plan and execute routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation of patients, taking into account road conditions, traffic, and weather.
  • Patient Care and Assistance: Assist patients with loading and unloading their luggage, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Cleaning: Schedule regular car service appointments, report any issues, and maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth transportation and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
