We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach Peer Mentor to join our team at Elevo. As a Coach Peer Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Physical Education (PE) curriculum to students in a fun and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and facilitate SEL and PE curriculum to students
  • Certify instructional minutes required for the program
  • Supervise activities with groups of students, including games and snack distribution
  • Create a safe learning environment and implement strong behavior management skills
  • Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff
  • Operate and navigate modern technology
  • Act as a positive and inspiring role model
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and school staff
  • Follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age
  • Completion of mandatory MDR training and any district required trainings
