Pediatric Nursing Educator

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Education Specialist to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a Pediatric Nursing Educator, you will be responsible for assessing learning needs of individuals and groups, communicating efficiently, and collaborating with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, one year of experience as a direct patient care RN, and an active MN RN License. A BLS certification is also required. Preferred qualifications include three or more years of experience as a direct patient care RN and two or more years as a preceptor.

About the Role:

  • Achieve exceptional patient outcomes through effective education and training
  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs to meet the needs of pediatric patients and their families
  • Collaborate closely with P&E teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Responsibilities:
