The Facility Maintenance Specialist is tasked with ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of various environments including office spaces, classrooms, conference areas, and common facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, classrooms, and restrooms.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuums, and cleaning carts effectively.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying bins and replacing liners.
  • Dust and sanitize surfaces including desks, tables, and shelves, some of which may be elevated.
  • Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, soap, and tissue.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as necessary.
  • Assist in recycling efforts and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
