Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our Data Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting on full life cycle projects, generating creative design solutions, and translating concepts into images. You will also participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions, assist with contract administration responsibilities, and coordinate with a variety of consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on full life cycle projects, from conceptual design to construction administration
  • Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translate concepts and information into images, using Revit and other 3D software
  • Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assist with contract administration responsibilities, including coordinating with consultants
Qualifications
  • Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency, with experience with other 3D software a plus
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude, with ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability, with experience preparing all stages of design documentation
