We are searching for a skilled Color Specialist to join our Horizon Interiors LLC team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000, dependent on experience and location.

• Deliver exceptional painting services by utilizing proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide superior customer service, interacting with clients, understanding their needs, pricing projects accurately, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Select suitable materials and quantities for new and existing projects, emphasizing quality outcomes.
• Completely prepare surfaces for painting by employing the right cleaning methods, scraping, sanding, or other required techniques.
• Create the perfect blend of paint colors, consistency, and drying properties to achieve remarkable results.
• Use materials like caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair any holes or cracks in walls.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Regularly maintain and perform upkeep tasks on painting equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
• Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of equipment.
