El Gerente de Cuentas es responsable de lograr una utilización óptima del espectro de atención de Parkwood mediante el desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones de referencia directas en el mercado de West Tennessee. El Enlace Comunitario realiza actividades de ventas, marketing y servicio al cliente dentro del Departamento de Desarrollo Comercial.

El Enlace Comunitario participa en el sistema de Gestión de Cuentas, evaluando las necesidades del cliente y realizando el número requerido de contactos de marketing para cada cuenta, con el fin de desarrollar y mantener una relación de referencia a largo plazo que genere un flujo continuo de admisiones.

Además, planifica eventos, proporciona recorridos, realiza capacitaciones para fuentes de referencia, actúa como enlace entre la fuente de referencia y el hospital, y busca nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo comercial para la institución.

Calificaciones

Educación:

Título universitario en un campo de marketing o servicios humanos.

Experiencia:

Se requiere experiencia en ventas o experiencia clínica con una población de salud mental psiquiátrica. Se prefiere experiencia en el desarrollo de nuevos territorios en mercados objetivo con una base de clientes. Conocimiento de la terminología de salud mental y abuso de sustancias.
