### Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our restaurant by collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils, and loading washing machines. You will also be responsible for ensuring there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils available for our customers.

### Key Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. cutting boards, pots, pans etc.)
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
