Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg - Cardiac Telemetry team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Always partner with the patient and significant others using appropriate methods for setting and purpose.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate and support performance improvement, inclusive of all stakeholders, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience.
  • Direct patient care experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
  • Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, along with customer service skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
