Job Description

At Goldfish Swim School - Northbrook, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim and be safer in and around the water.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must be able to swim
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with students and parents
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
