Foundry Manager

Job Title: Foundry Supervisor

Brewton Iron Works LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our foundry, ensuring that production meets quality and quantity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and manage hourly production employees on the assigned shift and process area.
• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of direct reports.
• Provide engagement and performance evaluation for direct reports.
• Develop, design, and implement new metrics and reports for production and process control.
• Ensure compliance with environmental testing, permitting, and reporting requirements, as well as OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a foundry atmosphere, with at least five years in management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Computer skills, especially with Excel.
