Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Lead and manage the ICU team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and meet departmental goals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • 2 years of ICU experience and a strong background in critical care nursing
  • Basic Life Support Certification and ACLS certification
  • TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
