Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all baking equipment, utensils, and tools promptly while adhering to all NbC standards.
- Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collects and disposes of waste, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
- Conducts routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, coolers, and restrooms.
- Sanitizes and restocks the workstation, ensuring all cleaning supplies are adequately prepared for the next shift.
- Tracks inventory of cleaning supplies and informs management when restocking is necessary.
- Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supply deliveries.
- Collaborates with team members to clean and organize workstations as needed.
