Senior Biller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biller to join our team at WMCHealth. As a Senior Biller, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing medical claims for multiple payors, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.

• Process and analyze medical claims for multiple payors, identifying and resolving billing issues
• Work independently to make sound decisions and exhibit strong problem-solving skills
• Responsible for filing insurance claims and addressing edits, reporting repetitive edits to management for system correction
• Perform daily reconciliation of claim submission and receipt, ensuring rejected claims are corrected and rebilled successfully
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, actively working on assigned worklist and incorporating high dollar report and denial report into daily responsibilities

• One year minimum experience in a clerical capacity, preferably with working with large sums of cash
• Previous public contact experience and excellent communication skills
• High School diploma and strong written and verbal communication skills
