Job Summary

Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough functional resident assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs.
  • Provide physical therapy services to residents, including instruction and supervision of assistants as needed.
  • Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize residents' use of functional abilities.
  • Participate in rehabilitation team conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with continuing education opportunities and maintain clinical competency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current license in the state of practice.
  • BLS CPR certification.
