Ideal Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in a personal injury law environment. You should be willing to travel across California for court hearings, depositions, and trials. Prior legal experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations
  • Prepare legal pleadings and motions
  • Draft legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs

Strong organizational skills and effective time management are crucial. You must be able to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Admission to the California State Bar
  • Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

  • Prior experience in personal injury litigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership capabilities to guide team members
