Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the creation and coordination of construction documents and specifications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing construction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
