Customer Service and Processing Coordinator

Description
The Customer Service and Processing Coordinator will be responsible for handling all E-commerce orders, answering customer service-related phone calls and responding to email requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish
  • Process orders from our online store into our accounting system
  • Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors
  • Prepare all orders for shipment


Why Work With Us
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, weekends off (Monday through Friday), paid holidays, day shift (no overnights), 401(k) Plan w/ match, medical plan, dental plan, vision plan, STD/LTD, and life insurance.
