Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drill Rig Operator to join our team. As a Drill Rig Operator, you will be responsible for operating drill rigs, forklifts, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drill rigs, forklifts, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment on construction projects
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with equipment managers and field managers
  • Work overtime as needed and within labor law guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of equipment operating experience
  • Minimum 1 year of on-the-job training on heavy construction projects
  • Forklift and excavation equipment training preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of the company
  • 40 Hour HAZWOPER training, Competent Person Safety Training, and 8-Hour Supervisory Training preferred
Work Environment

The Drill Rig Operator will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions. The ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy construction equipment is required.
