Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine, proactive, corrective, and preventative maintenance on production machinery and load-handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to operators and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues and improve production processes.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular visual inspections of production machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform scheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency situations and perform unscheduled repairs to minimize production disruptions.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Prepare and submit maintenance reports to communicate the status of equipment and action required for effective operation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety and Health rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in food production maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret schematics, and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and welding.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1:30am.
  • Compensation: $35-$45/hour, depending on experience.
