We are seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services. As a key member of our Project Delivery and Construction team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of project tasks, including procurement, construction billings, job and project schedule analysis, documentation, and generating reports.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate project tasks, including procurement, construction billings, and job scheduling
  • Assist in the development of project scopes of work and bid preparation
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and collaborate with the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent to monitor performance
  • Ensure accurate cost reporting by working closely with the Construction Manager and Superintendents

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • 4-6 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related field
