About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
