Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: The nurse is accountable for ensuring high-quality care for patients in the Emergency Department, demonstrating critical thinking and scientific judgment.
- Leadership: This role includes planning and anticipating patient care needs, delegating tasks appropriately based on staff qualifications, and providing guidance to team members.
- Continuous Education: The nurse must maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
Shifts are scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM, with additional on-call responsibilities as required.
Certification RequirementsEssential certifications for this position include BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
