- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Perform routine procedures, such as vital sign measurements and medication administration, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide emergency medical care and respond to critical situations with professionalism and poise.
- Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
