Geriatric Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Shalimar, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least six months to one year of recent experience as a Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN.

Job Requirements:
• Must have 6 months of recent Geriatric RN / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
