Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at East Coast Toyota, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the service lane. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is prompt, courteous, and effective. You will be responsible for overseeing the flow of the drive lane, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing the daily inventory of technicians' time and distributing work efficiently between them.

• Manage the flow of the drive lane to ensure prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure seamless communication.
