Job Overview

RPM Restoration Services is seeking a highly motivated Contents Recovery Specialist to join our team in the Reno/Sparks/Carson/Westminster/Tahoe area.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional contents restoration services to our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment used in daily tasks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manipulate contents at client sites to support efficient remediation activities, which will be subsequently completed at our facility.
  • Correctly wrap and package contents according to standard operating procedures to prevent damage during transport.
  • Transport contents to our facility for cleaning and storage, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections, maintaining vehicles in clean and serviceable condition.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in construction, restoration, or the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
  • Able to properly identify proper product usage and disposal requirements for packing activities as outlined in standard operating procedures and training.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle per RPM Restoration Services' vehicle policy.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Frequently lift an excess of 50lbs and maintain mobility in tight spaces.
