Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist guests in locating their appointment on the X-time System
  • Double-check for Preferred Owner Stickers and perform a walk-around inspection of the vehicle
  • Take high-quality photos of the vehicle using the 360 system
  • Place a Service Tag inside the vehicle and tag the key
  • Have the guest acknowledge the Service Agreement or Service Tag
  • Ensure the vehicle key is placed in the cup holder
  • Direct guests to the Fletcher Jones Guest Services

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
