Key Responsibilities:- Perform certified DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service
- Stay up-to-date with safety protocols and procedures to maintain a culture of safety and compliance
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power Technician on medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair or equivalent combination of technical education/certifications/skill/experiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- $46.35/hour depending on experience and location
- Safe driving and tech efficiency bonuses
- Safety boots and safety glasses reimbursement
- Extreme weather gear (cold and hot)
- Uniforms provided with laundry service where available
- Take service truck home daily (stop paying for gas)
