About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Leidos, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, maintain, and monitor systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Decompose requirements to ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and allocated requirements to segments.
  • Address user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, requirements allocation, and interfaced definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycles from concept to disposal.
  • Integrate systems and services, and summarize and communicate results.
  • Support the development, documentation, and execution of system policies.
Requirements
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Typically requires a Master's with 15+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be used in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Agile Methodology / Jira, Confluence; ServiceNow (ESP).
  • Experience with Terraform and/or Cloud Formation.
  • DevSecOps.
  • Experience with CLSE.
  • Experience providing Linux Administration.
  • Must be familiar with security accreditation process (Experience with Security Tools and Processes; RMF, NIST, Accreditation Apps (Xacta; GreenLight), System Scanning, Vulnerability Scanning; Plan of Action & Milestone (POAM) tracking).
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes.
  • Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management.
  • LDAP Experience is a plus.
  • Security +, CISSP.
  • Amazon Web Services Certificate.
  • Experience with BPM/BAW.
