We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Intermediate Medical Care Unit team at Frye Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to applicable standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
  • Adhere to all core measure initiatives, patient safety goals, and NQF Safe Practices.

Requirements:

  • Current state RN license and possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
