Confectionary Artisan

We are looking for a talented Pastry Cook to join our bakery team at KYU Las Vegas. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and tasteful presentations of pastries and desserts. You will work closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. You will be required to demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail in all aspects of pastry preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Create pastries, baked goods, and confections following designated recipes.
• Skillfully decorate pastries and desserts to ensure appealing and tasteful presentation.
• Actively fill out all check-lists, DOH logs, and prep-lists.
• Prepare ingredients and handle baking equipment with proficiency.
