Job Description:

The Accounting Instructor position is a 9-month, tenure-track faculty position with an anticipated start date. The successful candidate will teach courses in accounting, finance, and other related areas at the baccalaureate and associate level, as assigned.

  • Take part in other service and professional development activities
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited institution with a master's degree in accounting
  • Two years of relevant work experience
  • Successful results of a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline
  • Post-secondary teaching experience
  • Experience using technology in teaching accounting courses
  • Related industry experience
  • Current CPA license
Salary Range:

$42,250.00 for a 9-month contract with a master's degree

$47,000.00 for a 9-month contract with a doctorate degree
