We are seeking a committed individual to provide administrative and support services for the Physical Rehabilitation department at Oaklawn Hospital.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operational procedures, including the upkeep of equipment and cleanliness of the facility.
- Greet and support patients and visitors with their registration and scheduling needs.
- Manage incoming correspondence and prepare necessary medical documentation.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Conduct patient interviews to ensure completion of required documents and streamline workflow.
- Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and payment transactions.
- Ensure precise documentation and verification of insurance details.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
