  3. Developing and Training Our Instructional Staff
    • The Center Director can aid in the instructor hiring and training process.

    • The Center Director can ensure set expectations are met.
  5. Measuring Center Performance through KPIs

The ideal candidate should have a passion for math and working with students. They should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be able to cultivate teamwork, balance various leadership responsibilities, and be eager to learn and be trained.
