Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Drivers to join our National Dedicated Fleet. As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver, you will be part of a two-person team responsible for hauling freight across the country. Our Dedicated Team Truck Drivers enjoy a consistent schedule, regular home time, and a variety of routes to choose from.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods and materials
  • Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining a safe and efficient driving record
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Meet with customers to deliver freight and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • At least 3 months of Class A driving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
