Addiction Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team at ARS Treatment Centers.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will provide direct counseling and case management services to patients, consisting of individual, group sessions, assessment, treatment plans, and aftercare services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload per State Regulations.
• Ensure incoming patients have a psychosocial assessment and interpretive summary according to the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Complete a Preliminary Treatment Plan with patient participation, as outlined in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Conduct regular Treatment Plan Reviews and updates for each patient, following the Comprehensive Treatment Plan timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Prepare an aftercare transition plan for all patients at discharge.
• Maintain proficiency in State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR, HIPAA standards, and Company policies.

To be considered for this position, you must have a CADC certification.
