Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer respiratory care modalities, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- NJ Respiratory License, RRT or CRT
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull with frequent walking and standing
