At Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the Manufacturing Department to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to develop and implement plans to optimize material usage, labor, and equipment to meet quality and production targets.
  • Ensure that team members are responsible for their safety, the safety of their colleagues, and the quality of the production.
  • Assist the Manufacturing Manager with inventory control, formulation accuracy, and month-end inventory accuracy.
  • Provide full-cycle performance management support for direct reports, including career development plans.
  • Achieve project or departmental objectives within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, experience with Gantt charting, and related tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Positive attitude with a track record of delivering results.
  • Self-motivated with strong ability to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to motivate, manage, and develop people of all skill levels effectively.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand approximately 75% of work time; sitting at a workstation 25% of the time.
  • Must be able to travel 10-15 percent of work time.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. continuously during shift, including twisting, turning, or bending with or without product in hand.
  • Ability to work overtime or on weekends with short notice.
  • Ability to work in extreme environmental temperatures.
  • Typical production manufacturing facility with concrete floors and moving equipment.
