LPN Supervisor Opportunity

Sellersburg Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to lead our nursing team as an LPN Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs to ensure excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and report on nursing staff performance and quality metrics
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Indiana
  • Previous long-term care and supervisory experience
